Thanks for the good info. You might want to check out SpyZooka at http://www.SpyZooka.com. It costs $30 for a year, but they have free tech support if you have a problem removing all spyware on your computer. This program has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion.

Using video to walk you through this process is an excellent teaching method. Referring others to this site will save me a lot of time! What anti spyware do you recommend?
